UIC Emma login

UIC staff, faculty and students who have been added as an Emma user and have completed the Emma user agreement can log in using UIC’s SSO link. Login is only available through SSO so we do not have designated Emma usernames and password.

Timed logout

As a security measure, users are automatically logged out after a designated period of inactivity. When this happens, users are automatically redirected to the Emma login screen instead of UIC’s SSO login page.

Follow these steps to log back in:

  1. Close your existing browser window or tab
  2. Open a new browser window or tab
  3. Use the UIC SSO link to log back in: https://go.uic.edu/emma
