User roles and permissions
User roles
At UIC, we are using the following Emma user roles:
- Manager: Highest level and can only be granted by the UIC Emma team; access to Campaigns, Audience, Response, Automation and Insights sections of the platform and ability to add and edit subaccount users.
- Administrator: Access to Campaigns, Audience, Response, Automation and Insights sections of the platform and ability to invite new subaccount users.
- Full: Access to Campaigns, Audience, Response, Automation and Insights sections of the platform.
- Editor: Access to Campaigns, Audience, Response and Insights sections of the platform. No access to Automation section. Can create emails but all emails must be approved for sending by a Manager user.
- Author: Best for student employees; limited platform access for creating emails only. No access to the Audience section or audience data.
- Response only: View access only; best for reviewing response and insight metrics.
